These terms and conditions (“Terms”) between you and Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt. Ltd. a company incorporated under companies act, 2013 of India. Your Help Karo membership governs by Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd and your use of our website , as well as the various health benefits and reward to you by Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd through its network of hospitals/doctors/dentists/pharmacists/diagnostic centre/ other medical professionals who are independent health service providers. Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd is an online healthcare service portal and provides different services to patients and medical service providers.

• Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify the same and you are advised to periodically check for updated terms and conditions at website www.doctoriduniya.com.
• The use of “ Help Karo” membership of Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd by help karo volunteer member means that member has read , understood and accepted the latest terms and conditions as stated on website www.doctoriduniya.com .
• Please ensure that your name , contact numbers and other details is correct at the time of registration.
• As per terms of Volunteer Services Agreement, Volunteer will not be an employee of Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd. Volunteer will never claim for his employment as employee of Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd.
• Volunteer would work on volunteership basis only as per terms of his said Agreement. But Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd will provide reward points.
• If anything wrong would happen with patient on the way while reaching the Hospital/ Clinic/ Centre etc., Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd would not be responsible in any manner and the said patient or his/ her legal hairs would never claim anything in any manner from the Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd.
• Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd and its Help Karo team may help the patient in taking decision to choose appropriate Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Centre at their best available rates only but Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd and its Help Karo team does not recommend or suggest any particular Medical service provider or promote any particular Medical service provider’s name or practice. You agree that selection of a Hospital/Clinic/Diagnostic Centre or any other medical service provider based on availability and time to avail medical service is Patient and his/her guardian sole discretion and is not based on any representations or recommendations by Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd and its Help Karo team , and is therefore patients and his/her guardian sole and exclusive responsibility.
• Hospital/Clinic/Diagnostic Centre and other medical service providers empanelled with Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd may change from time to time , so it is advisable that you check the updated empanelled list at www.doctoriduniya.com
• Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd has tried, on a best effort basis, to have a wide variety of empanelled Hospital/Clinic/Diagnostic Centre and other medical service providers , so that all your medical needs can be taken care of. However, occasionally there may be a situation that a suitable medical practitioner or certain medical service is not part of the our network
• Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd is an online service as third party management and does not undertake any responsibility for any treatment, services and procedures advised by medical practitioners and it would not be responsible for deficiency in service, if any, of the Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Centre etc.
• The availability of any Hospital/Clinic/Diagnostic Centre and other medical service providers at any time cannot be guaranteed.
• Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd is third party manger in providing access to quality Healthcare services and in helping people to save on their health care costs. Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd does not provide any Medical Services and is not responsible for the outcome of any services availed from any Medical Service Provider. All Medical Services are the responsibility of the concerned Medical Service Provider, to be carried out in consultation with Patients and his/her guardian.
• Any advice provided by any Medical Service Provider shall depend solely on the accuracy of the information provided by patient and his/her gaurdian. Neither Doctory Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd nor any Medical Service Provider shall be responsible for any damage, physical, psychological or financial, caused to patients.
• The T & C and the relationship between you and Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd will be governed by the laws as applicable in India. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Gorakhpur , Uttar Pradesh, India.

Terms & Conditions for Patient

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) between you and Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt. Ltd. a company incorporated under companies act ,2013 of India . Your use of Help Karo network as third party management governs by Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd and your use of our website , as well as the various health benefits to you by empanelled hospitals/ doctors/ dentists / pharmacists /diagnostic centre/ other medical professionals who are independent health service providers.

Terms and conditions for Patients
1. Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify the same and you are advised to periodically check for updated terms and conditions at website www.doctoriduniya.com.
2. The use of “ Help Karo” volunteers network, empanelled Hospital/ clinic/ Diagnostic Centre/Other Medical service Provider of Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd by patients means that you has read ,understood and accepted the latest terms and conditions as stated on website www.doctoriduniya.com .
3. Please ensure that your name , contact numbers and other details is correct at the time of registration.
4. If anything wrong would happen with patient on the way while reaching the Hospital/ Clinic/ Centre etc., Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd. would not be responsible in any manner and the said patient or his/ her legal hairs would never claim anything in any manner from the Doctori Duniya Dotcom (P) Ltd.
5. Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd and its Help Karo volunteers may help the patient in taking decision to choose appropriate Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Centre or other Medical Service Provider at their best available rates only but Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd and its Help Karo volunteers does not recommend or suggest any particular Medical service provider or promote any particular Medical service provider’s name or practice. 10. Medical service providers would be charged membership fees and other service charge for different online healthcare service.
11. For Book Online Appointment Service by Call Centre, the Hospital/ Clinic/ Centre would be charged 15% of the total fee from the patient as service charges and same would be reimbursed to Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd , as per terms & conditions with the said Hospital/ Clinic/ Diagnostic Centre or other medical service provider and patient would have no any right to raise any objection on the same.
12. Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd is third party manger in providing access to quality healthcare services and in helping people to save on their health care costs. Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd does not provide any Medical Services and is not responsible for the outcome of any services availed from any Medical Service Provider. • The said Hospital/ Clinic/ Centre would bound to pay the said service charges to Doctori Duniya Dotcom in any circumstances and Doctor Duniya Dotcom would not be responsible for any type of demand or objection raised by any authority. In other hands, if any demand or objection will be raised by any authority, the Hospital/ Clinic/ Centre will be liable to pay the same to the concerned authority and no any type of responsibility will be upon the Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt. Ltd.
• If anything wrong would happen with patient in the Hospital/ Clinic/ Centre/other Medical service providers by negligence of staff or any medical professional, Doctori Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd would not be responsible in any manner and the said patient or his/ her legal hairs would never claim anything in any manner from the Doctory Duniya Dotcom Pvt Ltd.
